Our surgery aims to keep patients up to date with practice information and health resources via our online services.

We post regular updates on our Facebook social media feed, which can be accessed here.

The surgery has access to the NHS Wales App, as well as the newly activated My Surgery App, where patients now have direct access to:

Book appointments
Order medication
Check symptoms
Get information the surgery
Receive notifications from the surgery

MyDESMOND is an interactive digital platform for people with type 2 diabetes designed to support and educate them to better self-manage their condition.

The MyDESMOND App is now available across Wales as a result of funding from the All Wales Diabetes Implementation group. We would really encourage anyone with type 2 diabetes to sign up for this innovative support.
