NHS Wales App

You can now access health services from The Practice Of Health on the new NHS Wales App.

The NHS in Wales has launched its own app, giving patients access to health and care services on smartphones and tablets. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌The NHS Wales App will currently let patients book appointments, see test results, and order prescriptions in the first instance. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌

The App, which is now being implemented, will slowly integrate and replace the My Health Online Service.

The App is a simple and secure way to:

  • book routine appointments
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • view parts of your medical record
  • My Health - access to a Health Journal & Health Timeline
  • access medical advice from NHS 111 Wales
  • discover other health and care services
  • update your organ donation preferences

To access the App you must:

  • have a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to prove who you are
  • be aged 16 or over

Some app functions such as online services and COVID vaccination bookings, will be made available later at a later date.

You can access the NHS Wales App through your web browser by selecting continue, or on your mobile device using the links to the App Store and Google Play.
