Stepiau
Stepiau is a service developed by the Primary Mental Health Support Service (PMHSS) for Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Stepiau primarily provides accessible self help resources and links to local services as a first step to developing mental wellbeing. You might be referred to the PMHSS for an assessment by your GP. For some people it might be useful to take a step forward by attending one of our free open access courses.
The next step may be a range of therapeutic groups other interventions.
