EMIS Clinical System Migration Update

We successfully completed our move from Vision to EMIS Web on 29 January 2026.

This formed part of a nationwide programme led by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), which has now successfully migrated all GP practices across Wales to EMIS Web. The programme has created a single clinical system for primary care across Wales, improving consistency, supporting better information sharing, and providing a strong foundation for future digital healthcare services.

Our practice is now fully operational on EMIS Web, and all services have resumed as normal.
