COVID Passports & Foreign Travel

Following the confirmation of 'Green list' countries, foreign travel will now be allowed from May 17th. 

There is now a new link from UK government about travel and vaccination status, however this is only available to people currently living in England. 

As the NHS App cannot be used by Welsh citizens, arrangements are being made to request and access a letter from NHS Wales. Unfortunately these 'proof of vaccination' documents have not yet been developed by the government, and as such cannot be provided by your GP Practice.

Do not contact the GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.
